When I was kid my grandmother always convey us tips to grow healthier life. At that time these things were seems to be funny for us. But now in todays busy life style these five secrets are ut most important.
It is known that human being is a most clever living creature on this planet earth.God has given us beautiful body and we should maintain it.
These are the five secrets of healthier life told by my grandmother.
1) We should get up early in the morning, clean the teeths and gargle properly. After that we should take a glass of luke warm water. It is beneficial to take about half lemon squeezed in a glass of luke warm water.
2) Many of the body problems are solved when we pass stool and urine normally on time to time. These activities are never obstructed and delayed.
3)When we eat we should eat little less every time than required. To keep space in stomach is always beneficial and it helps better digestion. When we take food it should be healthy and nutritious. Fried foods like burgers, chips should be avoided. Green vegetables must be involved in our day today eatings.
4) Always avoid hard work and to sleep after food. Avoid eating when you are in tension, never make discussions with others while eating. These things results to indigestion, acidity and constipation. It is always beneficial to drink small quantity of water in between your eatings.
5)Always try to keep you mind free. Tension make our body unstable which results to sickness. Tension can be reduced by performing Yoga and medication. Always give time to your family members, which will make us tension free at the end of busy schedule.
After all this beautiful body with peaceful mind is given to us by God and we are solely responsible to maintain it.
